    Returns & Exchanges

    At Dexetile, we aim to provide the highest quality products and service. However, if you receive a damaged product or an item that doesn't match your order, we're here to help. Please review our return and exchange guidelines below:

    Returns
    If you're not satisfied with the product or its fit, it can be returned to us. Please note that a nominal Return fee of Rs.100 will be charged per product to cover the costs of processing the pickup and exchange, including handling, packaging, and logistics.

    Damaged or Incorrect Product
    In the case that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, kindly return it along with your order number. Once we confirm the issue, we’ll promptly send you a replacement.

    Exchange Policy

    As per our policy, we do not offer refunds, but we do accept exchanges. Please note the following conditions for exchanges:

    • Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
    • Exchange is subject to transportation fees.
    • To initiate an exchange, email us at dexetilehelp@gmail.com with your request.
    • Returns are the customer's responsibility. Please obtain an acknowledgment receipt from the courier person, including their signature and contact number. We recommend using a traceable mail service for returns.
    • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original packaging, with tags and labels intact.
    • Only one exchange per order is allowed.
    • Size exchanges are allowed, subject to stock availability. You can opt for a different size, and shipping costs will be deducted.

    Cancellation of Orders

    • Prepaid orders cannot be canceled.
    • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement by emailing us at dexetilehelp@gmail.com.
    • By placing an order, you agree to our cancellation policy and our decision regarding cancellations.

    Credit Note for Unavailable Sizes

    If the desired size is unavailable for exchange, we will issue a credit note to your email, valid for 30 days and redeemable on your next Dexetile purchase.

    Partial Order Exchange

    You can exchange eligible items within 48 hours of delivery. However, some items may not be eligible for exchange.

    Fit Issues

    If the product doesn't fit and you'd like a different size, please request an exchange within 48 hours of receiving it. If the requested size is unavailable, we’ll issue a credit note for your next purchase.

    Non-Acceptance of Exchanges

    • Exchanges/returns due to dissatisfaction with material or color are not accepted. We recommend thoroughly reviewing the product description and images before purchasing.
    • Variations in color and finish may occur due to monitor display settings. A 10-12% color difference is possible and is not grounds for return or exchange.
    • We do not accept exchanges or returns for washed or worn products.
    • Products purchased from the SALE section are non-returnable.
